Short, because there is not much to it.

What a course is

A course is a set of written lessons on academy.scalewiseva.com, read in the browser, with a place kept for you when you sign in. Buying one gives you access to read it for as long as the Academy exists, on any device, with any updates we make to it. It does not include a call, a review of your work, or a guarantee of a result: the lessons describe a method, and the results depend on doing it.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email. We store your email, the name you choose to give us, which lessons you marked finished, quiz scores, reviews you leave, and purchases. You can delete the account from the account page; purchases stay as an accounting record with the email removed.

Refunds

Fourteen days from purchase, for any reason, in full. Reply to the Stripe receipt or write to hello@scalewiseva.com from the address you bought with. Access ends when the refund is made. After fourteen days there is no refund, because by then the course has been read.

Payments

Handled by Stripe. We never see your card. Prices are shown before you pay and there is nothing recurring.
