Lesson 9 of 9 · 2 min

The whole thing on one page

Before posting

  1. Write the audit, the role definition, the brand voice document and the test task.
  2. Pick the model and the tier, and run the break-even test.

Finding them

  1. Six sections, 400 to 700 words, the filter word, the three questions, no rockstars.
  2. Post on the boards for your tier.
  3. Round one, thirty minutes. Round two, forty-five, in a test store.
  4. Pay two or three finalists for the test task; score voice, decisions, detail.
  5. Choose by score, negotiate within your band.

The first ninety days

  1. Access list at the lowest permission, rhythm decided, voice document ready.
  2. Shadow week: they own nothing, you explain everything.
  3. Support in week two, orders in week three, inventory in week four. Procedures for everything by day thirty.
  4. Month two: depth and judgement, no new areas.
  5. Day ninety: under an hour a week, or diagnose which of the three things is wrong.
  6. Friday review, under thirty minutes, every week.

Watch for

  1. The twelve flags. One: talk. Two in a week: prepare. Three in two weeks: replace.
  2. The one indicator: less busy by week four, or something is wrong.

Checked What this course is not.

It is not a recommendation to hire through ScaleWise VA, though the guides it is built from end that way nine times out of nine. If the trade-offs in lesson three point you at an agency, any agency that can answer the five contract questions in writing (who does the work and who covers, what procedures exist by day thirty, what the reports contain, what happens at twenty percent over scope, and whether you can cancel monthly) is a real operation. If it hesitates on any of them, look elsewhere. That test is from the cost guide, and it applies to us.
